<p>Only just seen this. They don't freeze - or at least they'll freeze but won't wake up afterwards unless you've made microplasmodia and dunked then in liquid nitrogen. If you want to store them, feed them up to a decent size then persuade them to crawl onto fresh paper and let them dry out over a couple of days in the dark, the sclerotia will store for ages.</p>
