Share 'tips for grain mite contamination?'

Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced grain/cereal mite contamination when growing slime mold? Apparently it is a common occurrence: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8190028/ Any tips for how to rid of them? I am trying to dry out sclerotium / cleaning out all my dishes and hoping for the best, but would love any tips if anyone has any!
