I'm afraid I can't be much help with regard to your question. I don't work on genomics myself (and I'm no slime mold expert: they are not my main research organism), but in addition to the genome sequencing project Davenwolf mentioned, there are a number of older publications on aspects of their genome you can find through Google Scholar.
