Physarum amoeba cell under fluorescence. Green - Actin ( stained with phalloidin-488 ), red mitochondria ( Mito-tracker red ), Cyan - nucleus ( stained with hoescht ). Projection from stack of 300 images. Cells in background are various 'wild' bacteria. Zeiss 880 in Airyscan mode
