What is your interest in slime moulds? (we need to know you're not a bot or spamster)

As a conceptual artist, you're kidding, right?... my images and blogs refer back to many natural shapes of events and the slime mold is one of the very first (1985) I became facinated with. See my Shape of Escape figure embedded in some of my work.
