Bulking up - morning of day three

Staring from a single innoculated oat on day one. I add two fresh oats, moisten and wait until they're mostly covered ( about 2 hours ) then add more, moisten, wait add more oats. I keep doing this two or three times a day increasing the quantity of oats each time. I find it's the best way to avoid contamination whilst still getting good quantities.
