Questions about the physarum and alcohol

[Researching Physarum]

Hi,

Me and a friend are looking for awnsers for a research we do for school.

We wanted to test if the physarum had anyway to get drunk or alcohol infecting him. Is there anyway anyone knows how we can do this and if yes what percentage alcohol is recommanded.

Also a little side question is. Is it possible to color my physarum using different pigment colors like caroteen for orange or betalains for a red purplelish color.
