Yeh,  those little morel shaped things are sporangia.  You can get away with low light for a few hours but light exposure is the trigger for spore formation.  I've not put it to the test but they're not supposed to respond to yellow light - which figues since that's the colour they reflect

it is a microscope photo. so are these spore bodies?
