Kymograph of vein pulsations

The top image shows a still from a gray scale movie. The bottom shows a kymograph (along the dotted line) to show the changes in diameter. The kymograph was made using Image J. The movie was taken on a Leitz inverted microscope with an Olympus microscope camera.
