What is your interest in slime moulds? (we need to know you're not a bot or spamster)

I came across slime moulds through a podcast with Paul Stamets. This led me onto Heather Barnett's Ted talk which opened my eyes to the various other possibilities the moulds provide and sparked further interest. I am a student at the University of Manchester studying Geography and love to learn about topics outside of my discipline to broaden my knowledge.
