What is your interest in slime moulds? (we need to know you're not a bot or spamster): I have Morgellons and have been suffering for over 20 years. I've researched everything about it and communicate with many other "Morgies" about what, why, when, how... We only have each other as the CDC has deemed us mental patients which in too many cases have driven family and friends away leaving us alone, broke from all of the Doctors and buying anything with the promise of some kind of relief... and very scared. Our pets are 'infested' as well. I would say about 95% of those infected believe it is a skin problem due to some different kinds of parasites, including worms. The skin issues are only a symptom of what is really going on inside of us. I have discovered, by pulling on a 'fiber' that it is connected throughout the entire body. Upon that finding, I have discovered so much more about it that it has changed my thoughts and most education about it. The Morg substance consists of very strong transparent fibers, strong hair resembling fibers, black specks, spider like web fibers and a lot of clear or brown/black or orange (depending on when and where on the body) very sticky slime. It has an intelligence of it's own. I just watched a trailer "The Creeping Garden" and had an AHAA moment. The stuff inside of me resembles and behaves like slime mold more than anything else. Studies have found fungus in it, but I haven't heard about slime mold until now. So... Do you or any members have any information about it or done any studies? Could you or any members possibly help by accepting a sample to study? I would be happy to come to you. Even if just for the process of elimination. Wouldn't it be wonderful if the mystery of Morgellons was solved and a 'cure' would be found for the now millions of people around the world who are suffering? Thank you!
