There's a bit of flickering, but otherwise it looks pretty good and great fluidity of growth, you can see the pulsation really well. Once it's finished feeding it should do more by way of growth away from the oat.

A bit of growth from a yellow oat over a 7.5 hour period.  I don't think the plasmodium was too eager to leave its food source.  I had a bit of trouble with inconsistent lighting from the flash, but I think I have the problem solved and will post my next attempt.
