Physarum Swarmer cells

I've just obtained sclerotium and active cultures of physarum from Blades, I need to use them for time lapsed for a couple of lectures which is easy enough but I'd love to capture footage of the free living stage under the microscope. Any tips on persuading this amazing organism to produce some for me?
