I understand they are identical to Old Fashion Oats except thinner w/ smaller pieces for faster cooking."  According to their labels, they are nutritionally identical.

Try it and see!

I've found it generally prefers organic oats and doesn't like ReadyBrek, but the quick oats might not have as much sugar.

Thank you, I'll try both and let you know.  According to their labels, the sugars are the same.
