Hi,I am trying to do an experiment about the extracellular slime trails and external memory of physarum polycephalum. For that I am using 1-2% agar in petri dishes but some of the newly made ones are just a couple of days old and they have already evaporated. Hi,I am working on an experiment now and have figured out the maze and agar but I am having trouble with waking up the slime. - I am a high school student at NTI Gymnasiet in Gothenburg Sweden who is interested in studying slime molds for high school thesis. It is a a really cool subject that I learned about not too long ago by watching videos and researching articles online. Upon realising they have many intelligent capabilities I knew I wanted to study them in more detail.
