"I have Mandy the presumed badhamia - wild caught last year and now fully established in culture, feeds off oats, makes good sclerotia. I've done a full life cycle on it, it's easier than physarum to raise from spores."

Hello all!I am looking for the following slime moulds:Badhamia sp. Dictyostelium discoideum (axenic strain)I currently only have Physarum polycephalum.  I would like to add another easy to care for slime mould like Badhamia sp.  I also believe I have the materials to culture and maintain an axenic strain of Dictyostelium discoideum and would like to attempt keeping it long term as well.I live in WV and will cover shipping / packaging / etc.   Thank you for any leads!J.R.See More

Physarum polycephalum time-lapse

5 hours condensed into 1 minute. Water was added periodically to prevent the culture from drying out.

What is your interest in slime moulds? (we need to know you're not a bot or spamster)
I enjoy culturing, photographing, and observing them in general. Their growth patterns and in the case of Dictyostelium discoideum the life cycle changes. I would like to connect with others who may have experience with other less commonly available slime molds. At the moment I'm looking for more information on L. zosterae and Badhamia sp..
