Don't know why the 'add video' isn't working but here's a link. This Physarum rigidum meeting polycephalum overlaid with outputs from Matlab, It's a pic every 2 mins averaged over 3 frames, I'm plotting the Binary shape ( what's there ) Difference map ( what's moved ) and the Skeleton ( what's the smallest figure that can fill that shape )

Looks really cool! I'm not quite sure what I'm looking at (haha), though that might just be me. Would love to hear about what the different areas/colors/outlines mean!
