No idea what to expect...but basically found this maze ball game and drilled a hole in either end through the plastic. Oat flakes went in one side and physarum in the other. Let's see what happens. My guess: it cheats. Will report back faithfully.

Got my first slime in the mail from Carolina 1 week ago today, was a tiny speck in some agar.(PS I think I have heard when Physarum climbs walls of a container it is trying to escape to look for nutrients. Does this mean it is underfed?)

"Liquid culture takes some effort - they need constant agitation and the medium is very rich so needs sterility. I was wondering if stirring them in oat milk might do the job but I find oat culture too convenient.
